Built on over 25 years of in-house support, our founder has built a collection of related services that can support all forms of organisational types, ownership structures and sectors. These services can be supplied as Consultancy or Advisory projects, ongoing Fractional support or intensive embedded Interim support. Finally Independent Non-Executive Director Services can also be supplied.

Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)

ESG is a growing topic and the scope and scale is continually expanding. We can supply support to benchmark where you are now, what your next steps could be and how to get there. We can help with you ESG submissions to shareholders and/or ESG Ratings agencies and interpret your results to help you focus on improving your scores and overall sustainability through developing and implementing initiatives that deliver business benefit and ESG Credential. Finally we can work with your in-house team or specialist consultants to develop your ESG/Sustainability or Environmental Annual Reports. This can include your reporting under CSRD, TCFD and other reporting requirements.

Energy Resilience and Net Zero

We can review your energy position, consider fuelling options, efficiency solutions and opportunities, create and help implement decarbonisation and net zero route-maps and more. We can help with energy procurement (we are not brokers, though do work with some) and can assist with private energy networks - including developing charging strategies for allowing third party access to maintain or maximise return.

Resilience is increasingly important, we can consider your ability to react, what on-site generation and storage options may be of benefit and can help you with the required consenting to build your on-site energy generation solutions, where they fit your organisation and local or regional setting.

Capability Assessments

We can review your in-house teams and consider capabilities against your organisational or departments strategy to achieve safety, sustainability, environment or ESG.

We can also help build your strategies to ensure that you can achieve your medium to long term targets, whether to reduce injuries, carbon, grow authenticity or embed sustainable thinking in your organisation.

Accreditation Support

We can help you on your journey to the accreditations that your organisation needs or wants to achieve. This can comprise presenting how to achieve the process and the steps you need to go through, highlighting the pros and cons, assisting with your pitch to the management team, board or investors. We can also help you build the systems in a pragmatic way to ensure that you can achieve your goals and build business benefits along the way and once you have that accreditation we can help you maintain it or enable you to do that yourself, in-house. These could be ISO Standards (e.g. 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), Industry Certification, Carbon (e.g. CDP, SBTi etc.) or one of many alternatives.

Preparations in case it all goes wrong

None of us expect the worst to happen, though unfortunately sometimes it can, whether a pollution event, major machinery or infrastructure failure or an incident resulting in someone getting hurt, or worse.

In these situations, it is best to be prepared for the Regulator turning up and asking questions.

We can help prepare you with basic and impactful awareness sessions for your teams, structure paperwork to help you keep track of visits and evidence and help you understand what the regulator is thinking. We can also help with your investigation processes and, in addition to the planning, can help you reactively, including coordinating the various interested parties; regulator, insurers, press, interested parties, employees, customers and more.

Finance and Sustainability

Sustainability is increasingly part of the language of finance, whether green loans, bonds or just criteria linked to your borrowing. We can help identify and map appropriate KPIs for your lending or borrowing requirements that best fit your organisations, we can help with realistic targets so as to avoid breaching covenants as part of the loan negotiations, whether lender or borrower.

We can also assist with due diligence in an M&A context for sustainability, ESG, Environmental Risk and related topics.

Increasingly Partnerships and Collaboration are the way to progress at pace. We can help build these, identifying the right partners for your business to achieve the goals you want to achieve, whether this is selecting the right advisors, or identifying technological experts to help you reach a goal or indeed building a consortium to apply for funding. We are used to working with the PR Team, Planning Consultants, Environmental Consultants, Technical Specialists, Regulators and Consultees, so that we can deliver the best outcome for you. We deliver consistency, cost effectiveness, timescale optimisation and clear messaging to give your project the best chance of consenting success.

We can work with you on appointing these experts, drawing on our experience of many past projects to ensure appropriate team members, or we can equally join the project once they are in place.
